MASS GAINER is characterized by its dual source of protein (concentrated whey and milk protein isolate) and contains 2 sources of carbohydrates (Maltodextrin and Dextrose). It is enriched with PH7 (Alfalfa) and G-Biol (Ginseng, Royal Jelly, Inulin).

Usage tips
On training days: 60g at 10am and 60g one hour before exercise.
Rest days: 30g at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
